Warm Up Wednesday 4 September 2024 (Time) 500m row 5 seal to down dog 10 superman pulses 20 hollow rocks w PVC 10 glute bridges 5/5 single leg RDL airplanes 2 sets: 150m row 5/5 staggered stance DL 5 up downs 5 kip swings Banded hamstring stretches Side bends on rig 3-5 knee raises > t2e > t2b *Build deadlift bar* 3 burpees > 2 bar facing burpees.. then complete 30 burpees for time as a primer and to log time for challenge!!! 🤗💥
