AMRAP: 14 SA KB Power Cleans 14 Walking Lunges(1KB) 7 Push ups 7 Reverse Burpees Cash-out: 100 M Plate Push 600 M Farmers Carry(Walk together, switch anytime) *2 Mile Run/AMRAP: Partner A runs while Partner B Amrap. Both partners work at same time, may switch anytime. For Amrap, pick up where you left off. After both partners have completed their mile run, move into cash-out. *Cash-out: One partner working at a time, switch anytime. Cash-out can be done in any order.
