Medium pace: One mile run or 2k row

Rest as needed Then:

10 min AMRAP of:
15 GHD
10 Pull ups
5 Pistols per leg with weight (25/15)

Goal: Learning to do a pistol or alternative movement during a wod. The weighted pistol will help counter balance. Go hard but remember to take a breath at the top on the GHDs.
