Friday 25 January 2019 (Reps) QOTD: Who is going to win the Superbowl? Medium pace: One mile run or 2k row Rest as needed Then: 10 min AMRAP of: 15 GHD 10 Pull ups 5 Pistols per leg with weight (25/15) Goal: Learning to do a pistol or alternative movement during a wod. The weighted pistol will help counter balance. Go hard but remember to take a breath at the top on the GHDs.

Pull Up Progression Day 73 (Check In) 2 Sets max effort pull ups Then: 4 Sets of 5 Dumb Bell Push Press #26 (x.1.3.2 Tempo) 4 Sets of 5 Bicep Planks (set up like a regular plank, turn hands so fingers point toward 6 o'clock. Then slowly move body forward until hands are under hips, hold for 15 seconds, recover to starting plank position, repeat 4 sets of 5 Prone Lateral Raises #5 (x.3.x.1 Tempo) 4 Sets of 5 Front Raise Thumb Raises #5 (x.3.x.1 Tempo) 4 sets of 5 Chin Ups
