MURPH Saturday 24 May 2025(Time, Rx2, Rx3) 🇺🇸 “Murph” Hero WOD Tribute On Memorial Day and beyond, we remember not only the fallen—but why they fell. Among them is Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL and Medal of Honor recipient who gave his life during Operation Red Wings in Afghanistan, June 28, 2005. In the face of overwhelming odds, Murphy knowingly exposed himself to enemy fire to call for help for his team—an act of selfless bravery that cost him his life, but saved others. This workout was one of his favorites. Now, it’s performed worldwide in his name. When we do Murph, we don’t just sweat—we honor sacrifice. We embrace the struggle, because some never got the chance to.
