Saturday 19 April 2025 (Time, Rx2, Rx3) Tribute WOD: 🚨🚨🚨🚨WEAR RED🚨🚨🚨🚨 I am reaching out from Crossfit Adrenaline in Cartersville, Georgia. One of our members, Lee Harne, a 38 year old firefighter suffered a stroke a week and a half ago. He is currently at Shepards Center in Atlanta starting a long road of therapy and medical expenses. We are asking all the boxes in Georgia to do the workout 'Fire Chief' on Saturday April 19th and wear red so that him and his wife can see all the support he has behind him from the Crossfit community.
