100 push-ups
150 air squats
1-mile run
– Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Head out for the second run no later than 30:00.

10 push-ups with hands elevated on a box

Dropped in today for a workout, super nice staff and members. Instruction was clear and concise. Equipment and area was clean. If you’re in the area looking for a great workout would highly recommend.
