Saturday 27 November (Weight) With a running clock, every minute perform 1 lift and then add 5 lb (female) / 10 lb (male). Start with an empty barbell and snatch for as long as possible. Once you cannot snatch the weight, clean for as long as possible. Once you cannot clean the weight, deadlift for as long as possible. Score = combined total of highest successful lift of snatch + clean + deadlift 40 minute time cap
