HIIT-Fit 15 November 2021 (Time) For Time:PARTNER WOD(Split Reps) Max Cal Row/100M SA Bottoms Up KB Carry x 3 Rds 40 Tire Flips Max Cal Row/120 Tuck ups 80 Wall balls Max Cal Row/60 Push ups 40 Tire Flips FLOATER:100M Sprint Run x 3 Rounds NOTE: Row/Bottoms Up Carry:Work at same time. Partner A:Row Partner B:Bottoms up Carry then switch. Repeat 3 times before moving to tire flips. Row/Tuck ups:Work at same time. Partner A:Row until Partner B finishes all 60 reps.
