Saturday 2 October 2021(Reps, Rx+) “Ode To The ‘Nooners” For Points: Partner A completes a cardio move while Partner B performs 1 category movement. Only work during the cardio movement. Switch upon cardio completion. Each partner completes 1 movement from category A, then B, then C, then D. Repeat until workout is over. Solo Option: Complete cardio move then group movement. Double your score. Cardio time = Category movement work time. ** Partners may not perform same movement in same round ** Cardio Options: Run 200 (+300), Row 250 (+375), Bike 12/9 (+18/14) Group A Options: Push jerk, push up (+negative), thruster, wall ball Group B Options: Deadlift, Power Snatch, Pull Up (+C2B), Rope climb Group C Options: V-Up, SU (+GHD), Rus.
